Rubiko is one of the leading online gaming Service Providers for Customer Support. We've experienced triple growth over the past year and we're looking for the Business Development Manager who will continue growing and scaling along with us. The BDM will be responsible for defining and developing the Sales & Marketing business strategy for Rubiko´s next growing phase including the expansion of its Services. You will lead our business network including key accounts and new partnerships, managing our ongoing relationships globally.

Responsibilities
  • Blend in the market and build Rubiko´s sales and marketing strategy
  • Develop brand notoriety in the iGaming industry
  • Manage the full-cycle sales
  • Maintain an active pipeline of business leads and account management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Meet and exceed annual and quarterly sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities in iGaming, approach new industries with our Services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends
  • Innovate Rubiko´s sales and marketing resources
  • Represent Rubiko at industry associations and events - Customer Support, Services, Tech, Software, industries related to Customer Support and Customer Support Softwares
Qualifications
  • At least 7 years in a progressive role as Account Manager and/or Business Development
  • Experience in both, start-up and corporate environments is a plus
  • Previous experience in Customer Support Services or iGaming/Tech industry is an advantage
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to put into action business strategy
  • Ability to build consensus among cross-functions and international clients
  • Highly energetic and driven to make an impact on the business and exceed expectations
  • Strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills in English
  • Passionate about building a deep understanding of iGaming industry
  • Able to demonstrate reliable references for previous business experience and achievements
  • Willingness and availability to travel within Europe
  • Willingness and availability to work remotely
